Perhaps you may find someone who can help you, or maybe someone is looking for help from you!
You wanted to start building a business online and making money, so you had FOMO and went and bought 'How to make money online' products and outdated courses.
You try them all, but none of them work - so you quickly realise that it's not about finding ONE shiny object, but about implementing all of the individual pieces, then knowing how they all fit together.
Now those courses are gathering digital dust somewhere in your hard drive.
I mean, there's blogging, list building, webinars, product creation, copywriting, funnel building, traffic generation, affiliate marketing, email marketing, podcasting, video, instagram, tik tok, snapchat, website building, SEO, LinkedIn, personal branding, Facebook ads, Adwords, link building, customer service, sales, repurposing content, membership sites...
And the list goes ON and ON and ON.
But when you look at the successful marketers, they are the ones who are seemingly doing ALL of those things.
Think about your favourite marketers, coaches or thought leaders and notice that they probably have ALL of those things going on, in their business.
Why would YOU think you will be able to compete and have a business that’s profitable and enjoyable without these marketing strategies in place?
The truth is that, you can't.
So, the big question is HOW do you master them all?
And what order do you need to do them in, without overwhelming yourself and stressing yourself to death?
Here's where everything turns into the world's most difficult jigsaw puzzle.
You try buying all of the individual pieces from different marketers, but then making them fit together is an absolute NIGHTMARE.
So now, you're left with a bunch of half-baked strategies, the frustration that you should know what to do with them but you really don't and you're left feeling... overwhelmed and confused and broke.
I thought it would.
That's where most of the people we end up helping, so you're definitely not alone.
I have the solution.
You need an experienced Digital Marketer, who can guide you through this digital mine field.
I mean, you can do it yourself but you will have to work twice as hard for half of what you are capable of.
If you have a sore tooth, you would not try and pull it out by yourself would you?
So why temper with your wealth and your legacy?
I invite you to apply to work with me.
Over the next few weeks and months, I'll help you to make more money with less struggle.
Every week you'll get a detailed assignment, showing you exactly what to do and how to do it.
Then every two weeks, we'll do a live zoom call, where I'll look at your progress, critique it, brainstorm what you're doing and then we'll set a plan for the week to follow.
That way, you'll always be on top of:
1) What to do
2) How to do it
3) How to do it, properly
4) Making the whole thing work together.
It's just like building a jigsaw.
I'll give you the pieces AND help you put them together.
And I won't stop until you're in a position to make life changing income with your own consistent, ethical and scalable business that is profitable and enjoyable.
You will also join a community of successful businesses that you can network with and get referrals from, this alone is priceless.
You can see their success when you join the #livelongdigitalcommunity
BUT, you have to be willing to commit to take action.
I don't want to work with 'flakey' people who don't really want this.
No one has time to babysit you.
So, if you're serious, here's what to do:
Step #1: Comment below this update and say "LET ME IN!"
Step #2: I'll get back to you personally and we can discuss the program.
Step #3: If you sound like a good "fit" for the program, I'll invite you to start making more money and impact with less stress and overwhelm.
Remember, I am the guy you call when you are tired of thinking small.
After all, without customer relationships or referrals, there are no sales; without sales, there is no business.
Relationships are important in life.
They make us feel safe and help us deal with stress.
Relationships aren’t only important in your personal life, though.
As a business owner, you should also build professional relationships.
Relationship building from a business standpoint can help you get new customers, retain current customers and manage your reputation.
What kinds of relationships should you build?
The three most important types of relationships I am working on building are with my customers, referral partners and members of our community.
You should check it out: #livelongdigitalcommunity
You’re probably already doing this, but first and foremost, you should be building relationships with customers.
Customers will be more comfortable continuing to use your business if they feel they know you personally.
They will probably also be more likely to talk to you if they have a problem, rather than telling everyone they know (or turning to Google with a one-star review) if they have an experience they perceive as negative.
Sixty-five percent of your business probably comes from existing customers.
How can you keep those customers?
Build a relationship with them!
The average business loses 20 percent (and some can lose up to 80 percent) of its customers because the business fails to cultivate and nurture relationships with customers.
And repeat customers are extremely profitable.
They spend more, and they are 60-70 percent more likely to convert (take an action you want them to take, such as filling out a form on your website).
How can you build relationships with your customers?
Talk to them and ask for feedback.
Conversation with customers will increase sales, even if the product or service is never mentioned.
What is the best way to initially build customer relationships?
Ensure your message is clear and consistent.
This means that whether a customer gets in touch with you via phone, email, social media, or carrier pigeon, how they are communicated with must be consistent.
Because if a brand can’t build a consistent identity, customers may assume that the brand itself isn’t consistent, and therefore, not reliable.
Communicate well and communicate often.
Relationships aren’t something which can be built and ignored, they require time and effort to maintain—and the same is true for the relationship between a business and its customers.
The key point is to be available.
After all, as we all know: customers hold the buying power, which is why it’s important to make customers feel appreciated by rewarding brand loyalty.
If you treat your customers right, they’ll not only purchase again from you but will become your biggest brand advocates.
Advocates speak praises of you in your absence.
Of course you want to nurture your current customer base, but what about meeting new people?
Here’s why small business owners should build relationships with people who aren’t (and might never become) their customers:
The obvious answer is that it’s possible that they will become a customer, but there’s more than that to building a relationship with a stranger.
I’m not saying you have to become best friends with everyone you meet, but meeting new people and networking can do a lot for a small business.
What networks are you a part of?
Any time I meet someone who owns a small business, I want to visit the business and tell my friends about it.
If people in your community meet you personally, they will probably want to use your business the next time they are in need of a service or product you provide.
Members of your community can be one of your most valuable resources.
If you are in need of help, and you've been networking at local events, you're more likely to have met someone who can help you out.
Building relationships takes patience.
You will have to invest time in building those relationships.
You can’t just walk up to someone and say, “Hey, want to have a business relationship with me?” (Well, you could, but you probably shouldn’t.
You wouldn’t just walk up to someone and say, “We’re friends now.”
Approach business relationships the same way.)
Be willing to reciprocate.
Remember that there is a give and a take in all relationships.
If you aren’t willing to be there for someone who has been (or even who would be) there for you, that person will be less likely to help you out if you need it.
It’s not all about the benefits.
Don’t be so focused on the end goal that you forget that it's possible you won't benefit from the relationship.
And hey, that’s okay.
You have friends who won’t help you move into a new home, but you still think of them as friends.
Similarly, sometimes your business relationships won’t turn a profit or bring in foot traffic immediately.
Treat others as you'd want to be treated, and welcome conversations, feedback and new ideas.
You'll make new friends and maybe even get new customers in the process!
P.S. If you're interested in exploring the possibility of working with me one on one- so you too can have a business that’s profitable and enjoyable - I have space for a couple of new clients!

My values are to Live, Learn and Contribute.
I believe we are all meant to have a happier existence and live a fulfiling life.
For that to happen, we need to learn from ours and other people's mistakes.
This can be through modelling the success of others or reading about them.
When we have learnt all the lessons we then send the elevator down.
We contribute to others so that they too can be, do and have a happier existence.
All of these are intertwined in my work and daily life.
If you’re thinking of building a business that is profitable and enjoyable or developing a brand, being open and credible can help you to lay a solid foundation and build for lasting success.
You need to start by knowing who you are and in the process, define your values and mission.
Authentic brands are able to secure a loyal following -- a tribe if you will.
Satisfied customers will share their experiences with friends and family, and if the company stays true to its message and continues to provide products that are in line with the customers’ expectations, it’ll be on the way toward developing a brand that will be able to stand the test of time.
First off, decide what your authenticity lies in.
You’ll need to choose which values you are ready to commit to unwaveringly.
Is it your commitment to supporting a specific cause?
Is it your dedication to building products that will change people’s lives?
Whatever it is, it’s important to own it, so choose something that you’re passionate about.
Warning: Don’t half-heartedly commit to a set of values that you’re not fully ready to embrace.
This is the best way to kill a brand.
Your customers will see through the ruse and it will only damage your reputation.
Is your personality and your brand’s personality aligned?
You are the face of your business, and it’s important to make sure your branding is compatible with who you are.
Once you have come to terms with that, determine how and where you will showcase your authenticity.
Whether it’s online with social media or your blog, or in behind-the-scenes interactions with others, get to know your audience and allow them to know you too.
Keep your messages consistent.
The messages that you’re sending out through marketing, promotions and social media should be in line with the in-person experience that you provide to customers.
In the end, embracing your business's authentic self is about being true to your values and following through on your promises to customers.
However, I also need to mention that embracing authenticity isn’t for everyone, but those who choose to use this as the basis for establishing a business or a brand will find that building a business on a solid foundation provides tremendous, lasting stability -- no matter what changes may be ahead.
How do you demonstrate authenticity in your branding?
Are you teaching or are you pitching?
I believe people come to the Internet to get information.
If your business or brand is providing that information, your customers, prospects and clients - get to know like and trust you.
I am guessing you are aware that the customer of today won’t do business with people they don’t trust, right?
Whenever a prospect sees your ad, post or content, they are always wondering, what’s in it for me?
The more you answer this question, the closer you are always to the bank.
Education-based marketing is the sharing of knowledge with the purpose of building trust.
It is a strategy that establishes credibility and trust with your customers by using educational messages.
Today’s consumer lives in a highly digital and immediately gratifying consumer environment.
They don’t have to buy unless it is on their terms and their timetable.
In order for them to trust you they need to be assured they are dealing with the right company who has their best interests in mind.
People like buying stuff, but they don’t like to be sold to.
Whenever a customer makes a decision, they want to feel empowered that they have not made a mistake.
They could be on your website and say, you are a mortgage broker or a real estate agent.
What they seek is assurance that the decision they are about to make, which is usually the biggest financial decision, is correct.
Education-based marketing is the direct opposite of traditional marketing, which is done through selling-based messages.
Many consumers have had enough of traditional marketing approaches and have grown tired of hearing old and worn out sales pitches.
However, when you share important information and facts that help customers make a good buying decision they listen.
The Financial Services industry example I gave above is happening to a lot of people.
This industry suffers from a lack of an education-based approach and the gap between consumer understanding and the professional is an ocean.
Where there is such a gap, the void must be filled through education, through information, through knowledge – not just direct marketing.
You should always be on the lookout for how you can continue to educate your existing clients as well as potential customers and ways to help them with their problems and ways to achieve their goals.
Give them more than what they were hoping for, always over deliver and this will build a stronger relation between you and your ideal customer.
You need to give educational information that will attract and help your prospects in solving their problems and to enable them make better decisions.
If you do not know how your potential client thinks or what they want you need to find out.
Without that nothing can move forward.
Surveys can help with this.
Why do your current clients work with you?
Why did they come to you in the first place?
What problem do you solve for them?
Build a business on integrity, use education based marketing, stay relevant and top of mind with your target audience, add value for all of your prospects and continue to find ways to help your ideal client solve their problems or achieve their goals.
Remember, we get paid in direct proportion to the value that we give to the market place.

I’m of course not suggesting that you become them physically, but rather mentally, emotionally and psychologically.
Just imagine you started thinking like one of these iconic legends.
How would that change your life?
How would that transform your choices, decisions, and actions?
You can stop imagining now because it is very possible to recreate excellence that only the best people reach.
With modeling, you can duplicate extraordinary results of high achievers by mirroring their conscious and unconscious behavior.
We have all heard the statement, Monkey see, monkey do, right?
Well if that’s thats the case, I ask you, why then invent mediocrity when you can copy genius?
We all know that a child doesn’t pay as much attention to what their parents say or command as s/he does to what they do.
A very big part of a child’s personality development is modeling their role models – they want to be like them; in the early age, that means especially their parents and other caretakers.
That’s why we say that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
With age, the interest to model other successful people and have role models declines in most people, as does the interest to learn new things.
There are many reasons for that, from ego defense to a lack of curiosity, fixed mindset, intellectual limitations, general laziness, and so on.
Much like people stop reading books, exploring the world and acquiring new competences, so they stop mirroring their role models.
But here’s the trick.
Even if you stop looking up to your role models, you’re still influenced by the people who surround you.
That’s why you can hear over and over again that you are the average of the 5 people you spend most time with.
You maybe didn’t have a choice about who to model when you were a child.
But you can absolutely choose who your role models and people who surround you will be in your adult age.
If you’re going to model anyway, make sure you are modeling the right kind of people.
Besides reading books and regularly experimenting with new things in my life, modeling is one of the fastest ways how I learn about life and develop new skills.
I regularly read biographies and watch documentaries about successful people I admire.
From Nelson Mandela, Alexander the Great, Marcus Aurelius to Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Elon Musk and others.
It always greatly motivates and inspires me.
Whoever I meet, I usually ask them many different questions to understand them and learn from them.
I really get interested in a person’s life – how they think, experience reality, where they blossom and what are their struggles.
And people love to talk about these things.
I always surround myself with people who are more successful than I am.
With investors, scholars, entrepreneurs, scientists, and so on.
There are so many clubs, meetups, communities, associations and co-working places you can join and meet people smarter than you.
No matter how smart we are, on the basic level we are still monkeys.
Monkey see, monkey do.
Thus, make sure you choose your role models and people you spend time with very carefully.
You are modeling people around you, whether you want to or not, even in your adult years.
Make sure modeling is working to your advantage and accelerates your personal growth.
Who are you learning from?
P.S. If you're interested in exploring the possibility of working with me one on one- so you too can have a business that’s profitable and enjoyable - I have space for a couple new clients!
